New play equipment for the class boxes - Hermann-Löns-Schule's support association provides exercise fun

Epe - The Hermann-Löns-Schule has made a big leap forward in terms of leisure activities for pupils: the school's support association has presented the school with a comprehensive purchase of play equipment and materials that will be used in the play boxes of the nine classes in future. The aim is to promote coordination, agility and enjoyment of movement.

A wide range of materials provide a variety of activities during breaks, lessons and leisure time. Coordination games promote hand-eye coordination, responsiveness and teamwork. Ropes and balls support balance, rhythm and basic motor skills. Sand toys complement free play and offer sensory, explorative experiences.

New stilts, spinning tops and a mobile, height-adjustable basketball hoop for the play shed complete the range of movement and adventure games outside of regular lessons.

The support association of the Hermann-Löns-Schule in Epe fully financed the purchase. The generous support makes it possible to design age-appropriate materials and keep them permanently available. The school would like to thank all members and donors of the support association for their commitment and the rapid implementation of the project.
